Unable to install Fedora 29 on Windows 10 Hyper V

I am unable to install Fedora 29 on Windows 10 Hyper V.

I am using Generation 1 VM. I tried using Generation 2 VM, it never boots into ISO.

When I start the VM it shows the initial loader. I select the option to boot from ISO. It loads the initial kernel and goes into a black screen.

I suspect a graphics driver issue. Hence I added a 3D video adapter, the issue remains the same. My host machine has Intel HD 350 Graphics Driver. The drivers are already installed.

I even tried to directly run the setup instead of booting from the ISO, but it goes into a black screen.

Please advice on how to resolve the issue. Thanks
