unable to connect to any VM after 1803 update

I am completely unable to access any VM hosted on my WIN2016 server after the update to windows 10 1803. Before it was working normally. I get no error message at all, just when I click connect, or double click, nothing happens. Tried also on a second client
of the same domain, same result

EDIT: it looks like I CAN access, but it take like 30 minutes to connect to a VM….
