Server 2008 R2 Missing VSS and VDS services after converting to Hyper-v 2012 R2

Hi All,

Good day.

Will need some help on this, recently had converted my domain controller from VM ESxi5 to Hyper-v 2012 R2 host.

My domain controller runs in window 2008 R2.

The server is able to power on after the conversion, but only issue is i am unable to run disk management. Also the Virtual Disk Services (VDS) and volume shadow copy services (VSS), is no long listed on services.msc and i am not able to turn it on.

Is there anyway or how could i fix this issue? As my backup required VSS and VDS to work.
