I have a server 2012 machine set up with Hyper-V installed.

I would like to have some users have access to use (not modify hardware etc) some vm’s (not all of the vm’s)
The Users may access their vm’s simultaneously.
Users would ideally be able to stop/start/restart their vm’s.
The users can either be local or obtained from an already-existing Active Directory.
How can i assign the user rights for the vm’s, and what do i need present on the user’s PC’s?
