Boot to Network

We have a working USB drive.  Press F12 and it will connect the machine to our SCCM server. Then you can choose an OSD task sequence to build your machine with Windows 10.

I have used a conversion tool to convert our USB drive into an .ISO.  I have imported this .ISO into our Hyper-V virtual machine manager.   I have built a new VM and I tell it to use the newly created .ISO.

When I boot up my VM pressing F12 does not do anything.  It tries to PXE boot (even if I don’t press F12) and it never connects.

How do I make F12 work in this scenario?
